Description
Snorkeling trip to Orange Bay Island from Hurghada
The Orange Bay Island is a popular excursion from Hurghada, offering snorkeling, diving, sunbathing and a welcome retreat from the mainland bustle.
Offshore reefs provide spectacular drop-offs for experienced divers, hiding moray eels and fish in amongst the corals. Closer to shore, the coral reef snorkeling is superb.
The island is famous for its pristine protected beaches, and a resort on the island provides all the facilities you need for a day by the sea, along with tours and windsurfing.
You will be collected from your hotel and taken to the port to board your boat bound for Orange Bay Island. The sailing time is approximately one hour and you will stay at the island around 2 hours. You can swim on the beach of Orange Bay Island.
Returning to the boats, you'll take your lunch and drinks on the boat, then you will sail between the three snorkeling stops and stop for around one hour of snorkeling, then sailing back to the port. Don't worry if you don't have your own snorkeling gear, it is available upon arrival at Orange Bay Island, free of charge.

Apr 14, 2025Was für ein unglaublicher Tag auf Orange Bay Island! Die Strände sind atemberaubend mit kristallklarem Wasser und weichem weißen Sand. Die drei Schnorchelstopps waren fantastisch - jeder Ort hatte verschiedene Meereslebewesen zu entdecken. Wir haben sogar Delfine auf dem Weg gesehen! Die Crew war freundlich und professionell, und das Mittagessen an Bord war sehr gut. Diese Reise ist ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ich würde sie jedem, der Hurghada besucht, wärmstens empfehlen.

Три остановки для снорклинга были фантастическими - в каждом месте можно было обнаружить разную морскую жизнь. По пути мы даже видели дельфинов! Экипаж был дружелюбным и профессиональным, а обед на борту был очень хорошим. Эта поездка имеет отличное соотношение цены и качества, и я бы настоятельно рекомендовал ее всем, кто посещает Хургаду.

Das Boot war modern und komfortabel, und die Crew war außergewöhnlich - so freundlich und professionell. Die Insel selbst hat die schönsten Strände, die ich je gesehen habe, mit kristallklarem, türkisfarbenem Wasser. Das Schnorchelerlebnis war unglaublich - wir sahen Tausende von bunten Fischen und sogar eine Meeresschildkröte! Dieser Ausflug war das absolute Highlight unseres Urlaubs in Ägypten, und ich kann es nicht genug empfehlen. Ein perfekter Tag im Paradies!

Feb 09, 2025Orange Bay Island trip was the best day of our holiday! The island is absolutely beautiful with its shallow turquoise waters and white sand. The snorkeling was outstanding - such vibrant coral and so many colorful fish! The boat was comfortable and not overcrowded, and the crew took good care of everyone. Lunch was tasty and fresh. Perfect day trip from Hurghada!

Jan 25, 2025Very good trip to Orange Bay. The island itself is beautiful with amazing beaches and crystal clear water. The snorkeling spots had good visibility and plenty of fish. The boat was comfortable but a bit crowded. Lunch was decent. The crew did a good job of making sure everyone was looked after. Would recommend but be prepared for a busy boat and limited time at each stop.
